01 Address & Parking

10122 / 10124 Shoshone Ave

Your entrance is the LEFT side gate.

02 Getting In

  1. From the street, look for the LEFT side gate — that’s your entrance.

  2. Parking: you have 1 reserved spot in the driveway, outlined in red below. There is also plenty of street parking, and we do not have street cleaning days.

  3. At the gate, enter code 0122 on the gate lock, pull the lock open, then pull the gate.

  4. Walk through — your entry door is the first door on the right.

  5. Find the lock box in front of your door — code 0512 — your keys are inside.

04 Good to Know

Heating & A/C

Our home is equipped with a multi-zone mini-split system. Please keep all rooms on the same mode — Cool / A/C for all rooms, or Heat for all rooms. If one room is set to A/C and another to Heat at the same time, the indoor units may alternate or temporarily stop working properly. You can still adjust each room’s temperature individually while using the same mode.

Hot Water

Our home has a tankless water heater. When you first turn on the shower or faucet, it may take a moment for the water to heat up. If the water has been running for a while and briefly turns lukewarm, this is normal — please keep it running and it will cycle back to hot within a short time.

Kitchen — Induction Cooktop

The cooktop is induction. Press the power button, then press and hold the lock button for 5 seconds to unlock it. A pot or pan has to be sitting on the burner for it to heat — and only induction-compatible cookware works (cast iron, or stainless steel with a magnetic base).

Laundry
